Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, she began her journey as a young entrepreneur, opening her first salon at the age of 23. Balancing her career with raising six children, Jacqueline instilled the values of hard work, education, and community service in her family. Her children, now a pastor, scientist, doctor, chef, and entrepreneurs, continue to make her proud, and she remains an integral part of their lives, learning from their diverse professions.

Jacqueline's passion for justice and community empowerment has driven her to fight against food deserts, organize fundraisers for nonprofits, and advocate for seniors and veterans. With a degree in criminal justice, she has always been a community fighter, starting from her days combating bullying and advocating for those mistreated. Her leadership extends to organizing community choirs, women's empowerment groups, and international missions. Jacqueline’s dedication to DeKalb County is evident through her numerous roles, including managing her husband’s campaign and serving as CEO of Adams Enterprise.
